Cory Gould
President & Owner
Cory founded Plexus Technology Solutions in June 2006 after years as an IT technician, driven by a vision of IT that truly serves small and mid-size organizations. Under his leadership, Plexus has grown to serve 50+ clients across the Phoenix Valley. A proud Buffalo Bills 🏈 fan, Cory brings the same determination to every client relationship that he brings to game day.
Chris Grasso
Managing Technical Engineer
Chris holds a Master’s degree in Design from ASU and has been with Plexus since 2012. Now based in Buffalo, NY, he brings deep systems expertise and a methodical approach to complex IT challenges. Clients value his thoroughness and clear communication.
Jeremy Voorhees
Triage Engineer
Jeremy holds a Master’s in Cyber Security from WGU and is a Certified Ethical Hacker. He’s the first line of defense when something goes wrong, triaging issues fast and keeping clients’ systems secure. His security-first mindset protects every organization Plexus serves.
Santiago Morales
Technical Engineer
Santiago earned his Systems Engineering degree in Bogotá, Colombia, and also holds a pilot’s license. He brings precision and calm under pressure to every engagement. His international perspective and technical depth make him an invaluable part of the team.
Sam Thoma

Sam graduated from Wisconsin Lutheran College and relocated to Arizona in July 2023. He brings a fresh perspective and strong technical fundamentals to the Plexus team. Clients appreciate his friendliness and follow-through on every support request.
